Staffing Account Manager
The position of Staffing Sales Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that our temporary staffing services are well presented to area businesses that will benefit from our social mission and exemplary customer service. We need your advocacy skills and depth of experience in the staffing industry to make sure that everyone who needs to know about DePaul, does. This role requires that you demonstrate strong analytical skills in order to develop and execute business plans and generate sale growth. To be considered for this position, you must have:
Sales experience (in the temporary staffing industry a plus)
Exemplary customer-service, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent territory management abilities
The self-motivation needed to meet sales goals.
It will also be vital for your role as an Account Manager that you possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the positive and charismatic personality necessary to establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with customers. We will also consider combined experience and/or education that would demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to meet the requirements of this position.
