Cedar Village Assisted Living and Memory Care in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Maintenance Director for the general maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment & mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical & safety. Duties also include facilitating monthly fire drills, evacuation drills, missing person drills, and compliance with OSHA and Oregon Administrative Regulations.
