We have an opening for a Report Developer. The Report Developer must have experience using SSRS and should have strong SQL stored procedures, ETL and querying type skills.

SSRS Report Writer/Developer

Write SQL Server Reporting System (SSRS) reports and provide technical SSRS assistance to staff research analysts to enable them to generate their own analyses and reports. Develop stored procedures for use in analysis and reporting.
Develop functions for use in analysis and reporting as needed.
Create queries to provide ad-hoc reports, analysis, and datasets based on business needs.
Troubleshoot data issues, validate result sets, recommend and implement process improvements.
Develop detailed test conditions and test cases to ensure quality of queries and reports.
Work with other teams to understand business rules and interpret data.
Maintain an ongoing knowledge of both the technical data model and the business' strategic needs.
Perform performance tuning and optimization of key queries.
This position will create and maintain detailed documentation for each procedure, query, and SSRS Report.
Create and maintain detailed documentation as required pertinent to problems and errors produced by SSRS reports and/or database processes and applications.
This position will train staff research analysts how to write SQL Server Reporting System (SSRS) reports and SQL stored procedures.
