Northwest Human Services is seeking an experienced health care medical professional to provide expert primary care to patients in specialty area at our busy Joint Commission accredited, Federally Qualified Health Center at our Total Health Community Clinic in Monmouth, Oregon.

Essential Duties Major
Responsibilities:
Provides primary care services to individuals and families in the community.
Examines, diagnoses, and treats medical problems.
Prepares appropriate treatment plans and provides follow-up and treatment as needed while adhering to clinic policy and procedures.
Duties include outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.
Must apply for privileges with the Medical Staff Office at Salem Hospital.

Qualifications include board certified or board eligible for certification in family medicine, completion of ACGME accredited three year residency program in family medicine and eligible for an Oregon medical license, DEA, & CPR.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
We currently have full-time positions available at our community health clinic in Monmouth for Oregon licensed Family Practice Physicians.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
