Position Summary The General Laborer roles involves support to construction projects.

Qualifications And Skills Previous experience in commercial construction is preferred.
Excel in people skills and effective communication with peers.
Display the qualities of an initiative-taker and adept problem solver.
Proficient in following both written and verbal instructions.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Works well with others.
Takes time to help co-workers, customers, and others achieve their goals and assignments.
Accurate reading of a tape measure and meticulous attention to details.
Proficient with reading building plans is preferred.
Must have an approved driving record, valid driver's license, and meet insurability standards.
Must have an approved background check.
Must maintain a substance-free working environment.

Provide assistance across a variety of construction tasks for new commercial projects, remodels, and repairs.
Efficiently manage materials to facilitate smooth project execution.
Remodel and Carpentry:
Demolition, reconstruction, and carpentry work.
Perform miscellaneous maintenance and construction duties to ensure project progress.
Job Maintenance:
Contribute to cleanliness and organization of the jobsite, creating a safe and efficient work environment.
