Responsibilities:
Machine Setup:
Set up and prepare press brake machines for operation by installing and adjusting tooling, dies, and other necessary components according to job specifications.
Material Preparation:
Load raw materials, typically metal sheets or plates, onto the press brake machine, ensuring proper alignment and positioning for accurate bending.
Programming:
Program the press brake machine with the appropriate settings, including bend angles, dimensions, and tolerances, using computer numerical control (CNC) systems or manual input.
Operation:
Operate the press brake machine to bend or form metal materials according to blueprints, drawings, or other specifications, monitoring the process to ensure accuracy and quality.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications, checking dimensions, angles, and surface quality, and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on press brake machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

They serve as liaisons between different departments, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components required for manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Material Coordination:
Coordinate with purchasing and inventory departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and parts required for production activities.
Production Planning:
Collaborate with production managers and supervisors to prioritize work orders and schedule manufacturing processes according to production targets and deadlines.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to prevent stockouts and ensure sufficient supplies for ongoing production.
Order Tracking:

Scheduling:
