In the event of an emergency, employee makes a reasonable effort to report to workEmployee may be required to perform duties outside of their regularly assigned dutiesEmployee may be requested to work an extended or flexible scheduleStaff at this response level must complete Incident Command System 100 and 700 on-line or in-person trainingRequirements for the Position EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING Must possess or obtain within six (6) months of hire, a current MHACBO (Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon) CADC I (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or higherThe CADC I certification requires education, supervised experience hours and successful completion of a written examinationSee MHACBO website for requirementsSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Must possess a current driver's license in the applicant's state of residence and an acceptable driving historyMarion County will obtain a copy of the driving record for all qualified applicants from Driver and Motor Vehicle Services and review the driving record according to the Marion County policy and procedure for Driving on County BusinessThe policy can be found at:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
