Qualifications:
- Graduation from a bachelor's program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education - Licensure as a licensed clinical social worker by the Board of Behavioral Sciences - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare, with preference given to candidates with home health care experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities - Current CPR certification - Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working order
Responsibilities:
