OYA is in the implementation phase of modernizing of their core application, juvenile justice information system, used by approximately 2500 end users in OYA and all 36 Oregon CountiesThe legacy application uses an on prem oracle database which will remain the system of record and data will be replicated to a PostgreSQL database in Azure GovOYA is working with a Low Code Application Platform(Cardinality.ai) and Implementation Vendor(Digital Mobile Innovations) on the overall solution and is looking for an experienced solution architect that can assist our Development Team with Technical Project Oversight and Guidance by providing input and review of Project ArtifactsThis will also require some development work involving DevOps and Full stack development, additional KSA's listed belowA portion of the Published RFP for JJIS Modernization Services has been attached for contextDuration is expected to be 3 months, and will include additional project activities as neededProvide Technical Project Oversight and Guidance DevOps Source Control Unit Testing (Automate) Gated check-ins Build and Release Pipelines Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Full stack web development Azure/Azure services Agile Methodology Database Replication Architecture Required Skills and

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
