This position, like all positions at Pioneer Trust Bank, N.

, does not have sales goals or quotas.

Responsibilities Detail oriented review and maintenance of documentation Develop and maintain strong relationships with co-workers Follow documented procedures to execute duties Maintain manual of key information necessary to execute duties Maintain knowledge of and compliance with bank policies and processes Other responsibilities as assigned Duties Post and balance loan advances and payments Maintenance of details on loans in software Input new loans into software and verify accuracy of information Input mortgage and credit verifications Manage closed account and change of address checklists Print and verify loan billing statements Answer loan related questions from customers Other duties as assigned Qualifications Detailed oriented Microsoft Office / computer knowledge Excellent internal and external customer service skills Attributes Ability to work professionally with customers and co-workers Ability to communicate effectively in-person, via phone and email Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to problem solve and think critically Ability to manage time and multi-task when necessary Physical Requirements Ability to sit/stand at a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand and arm movements.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Ability to reach, squat, bend and manually manipulate standard office equipment.
