Power Salem What would you be doing? All things Accounts Payable, if we have to pay for it, this position will be handling it FI Product/Cancellations Factory Statements Assist/Backup reconciling accounts, inventory related functions and A/R including intercompany.
Engage/assist in projects, help improve our processes and future growth.
Skills for success:

Proactive Approach to Solutions Ability to organize and prioritize Excellent written and verbal skills Accounting background (preferred) Proficient Word, Outlook and Excel What are the types of things we do? Deal Processing & Compliance DMV Processing & Clear Title Validation F&I Product Submissions & Cancellations Inventory:
Wholesales, Trades & Purchases Factory Processes including Rebates, Courtesy Deliveries, etc.
Parts, Service, Collision Accounting Accounts Payable Receivable Payroll Schedule Reconciliation, GL Entries & Journal Posting File completed documents accurately.
Meet strict timelines on a monthly basis.
Provide exceptional customer service & department support.
Support our stores by learning all areas of our business.
