Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today! - Clerical/Technical Support Specialist As the Clerical/Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical/clerical support for the Operations and Administration section of the Department of Administrative Services.

What We Are Looking For Minimum
Qualifications:
Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR An associate degree in any field; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Attributes:
Knowledge and ability to interpret policies verbally and in writing.
Experience with accounts payable, purchasing, and SPOTS payment processing/documentation.
Experience working with time sensitive and confidential information.
Systems Experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or other database software programs; Ability to input and retrieve data efficiently and effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, staff, and managers in person, over the telephone and in writing.
Analysis & Attention to Detail - Ability to gather documents from multiple sources and to organize such documents; Demonstrated ability to ensure completion of work with high attention to detail.
