This full-time Dentist Float position is at our Lancaster Family Health Center Lancaster in Salem, Oregon, and is part of the Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic network.
What We Offer Work-Life balance Base compensation is $180k; compensation will increase for highly productive dentists.

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services based on patient needs Work with a collaborative team consisting of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and dental receptionists to provide our patients with an excellent experience Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry Looking for an experienced dentist Current OR State Dentist License You are team-oriented and customer-focused and communicate effectively with staff, patients, and providers About YVFWC We serve more than 197,000 patients across 28 medical clinics, 15 dental clinics, 11 pharmacies, and 49 program sites in two states.

With integrated services including medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, primary care nutritional counseling, autism screening, and primary care behavioral health, YVFWC's patient-centered model of care offers patients the full spectrum of care and shelter assistance, energy assistance, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling and testing, home visits, and four mobile medical/dental clinics.
