The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience with office management software.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls- Transcribing documents and taking meeting minutes- Managing the Outlook Calendar for the team- Providing excellent customer service to clients- Preparing documents using DocuSign- Operating phone systems and other office equipment- Managing files and records- Proofreading documents for accuracyRequirements:
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
