Full Time / Non- Exempt General Position Summary The Personal Agent trainee provides trauma-informed case management services to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, using person-centered practices to assist individuals in identifying support needs and life goals then providing guidance and support with accessing services to achieve those goals and meet those needs Employer Provided

Upon Successful Completion of bachelor's degree or reaching four years work experience in good standing, this position can be submitted to Human Resources for reclassification from an ISN Personal Agent Trainee to an ISN Personal Agent.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in Person Centered Planning and Self-Determination.
Previous experience with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
