Our client is looking to bring an experienced HR Business Partner onto their team.
They're a local non-profit with a great mission and a fantastic leadership team that we've worked with extensively.
About the position:
As the HR Business Partner at this organization, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our people strategy, guiding the development of a culture that embodies our mission, vision, and values.
This pivotal role revolves around nurturing talent acquisition, cultivation, and retention initiatives while actively engaging with our Executive Leadership Team to ensure alignment across all facets of the organization's functions.

Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop a diverse workforce; including volunteer recruitment Ensure efficient, compliant HR processes.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
Enhance performance management frameworks.
Implement recognition programs to boost morale.
Address employee relations issues promptly.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5
years' experience in HR; non-profit experience preferred Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into action.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
