We're searching for a Part-Time Member Service Representative (Teller)to Champion our members. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job duties:
Process routine financial business for members quickly and accurately, including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, providing traveler's checks and money orders
Provide the highest quality of service to all members; promptly address member concerns and/or escalate to leadership when appropriate
Listen to members and recommend options that best fit their needs, cross-selling and making referrals when appropriate using the online tracking system
Essential skills:
Minimum 1 year previous customer service experience; prior background in a fast paced sales/retail environment preferred
Minimum 1 year previous experience accurately handling large amounts of cash and negotiable instruments
Proficiency in basic mathematics and ten-key and calculator
Location: Keizer, OR 97303
Schedule:38 hours per week including Saturdays
