Adaptive Riding Institute (ARI) is seeking an Executive Director to continue our journey of growth in quality equine-based services.
ARI is a Salem-based not-for-profit organization offering equine therapy for children and adults with mental and/or physical disabilities. Now in our 26th year of service to residence of the Mid-Willamette Valley, we are seeking an experienced leader to follow in the footsteps of our founder and take ARI to the next level of growth. With an operating budget of over $300,000, a client base of over 80, five staff and 50
regular volunteers, we operate out of state-of-the-art stables on 32 acres. The ED manages staff and oversees all functions of the organization including horse care. The ED reports to the board of directors. This is a full time position.

Experience: starting range $39K-$47K. Qualifications include minimum two years of proven successful not-for-profit leadership experience plus a Bachelor's degree in a human service field, a valid ODL, good driving record and ability to pass criminal history check. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
