Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: hiring, training, and retention of staff, program development and delivery, volunteer development & marketing, working with board/volunteers, strategic planning, and serving as a liaison between the YMCA and the Cities of Monmouth and Independence. The Branch Director will also be responsible for financial development, community relations and collaborations with community agencies.
Salary: $32,000 - $37,000
Additional Compensation Details:
8% Retirement paid by YMCA after eligibility is met, Vacation and Sick Time provided; Medical and Dental plans available, Additional benefits may also be available.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
